December 19, 2016 – Shared Services Christmas Party
-
From IT Department to Contract Logistics to Marketing Department, Shared Services has grown into a big family this 2016. Last December 19, 2016, the team celebrated their Christmas Party at 2nd floor, Unit 2 of Manila Office.
-
Ms. Natalie Penilla gladly hosted the whole event with the help of Ariene Venida and R-jay Cruz as co-organizers. The party started with a prayer led by Mr. Marvin Gonzales of Materials Management Department.
-
Series of games were conducted right after the prayer. The first game is Blow that Cup which was gladly participated by random volunteers. Two teams, Millennials and Generation X, raced for relays of cups using the air from pumped balloons. Millennials won and each member got P20.00 as a price.
-
The succeeding games were grouped into Millennials versus Generation X. Next game is Guess that Song – The Marshmallow Edition. Each team has to guess the song being hummed by their representative. The representative has to have three marshmallow in his/her mouth while humming the song. The Millennial won this game again.
-
Human Christmas Tree Challenge was the next game. Each team has to juice up their creative minds in order to make a human Christmas Tree using the limited items provided by the organizers. Chief Resource Officer, Chabio T. Sison, judged the trees and the Millennials yet again won this game. Each member got P50.00 as their price.
-
Bato Bato Pik – Survival Version was the next game which was participated by all Shared Services members. Each one has to get a partner and play paper, stick and stones. Each pair was given P20.00 and the one who wins will get the P20. The losers will have to take their seats and watch the rest of the game. This was repeatedly done until we were left with Mark and Kat, fighting for the summation of collected P20.00 from all the unfortunate participants. After five blows, Kat won 3-2 against Mark.
-
Guessing seems to be fun so another game of Guess that Song – Animal Hymn Edition was played. Groups of four were selected, Millennials versus Generation X, to play the game. The songs were guessed by each team. Millennials won.
-
The program ended with random exchange gift lead by sir Marvin.
-
Everyone happily ate their dinner while sharing some stories.
